Expart Tips

  • Always use fresh puffed rice to make Churumuri Recipe. If the puffed rice is moist or stale, roast it in a pan and then use it. Using moist and stale puffed rice can spoil the taste of the bhel.
  • To make the puffed rice bhel last longer or crispier, do not add tomatoes, onions or lemon juice. Otherwise, your Churumuri may become wet and sticky.
  • Make it less spicy for kids and use green chilli or red chilli powder for adults.
