Pasta is made by kneading coarse wheat flour (semolina) with the help of water and giving it an elbow-like shape. Which is small, curved and hollow from inside, which is quite beautiful and colorful in appearance.
Prepare Vegetable for Elbow Macaroni Noodle
- Carrots Always use of medium sizes carrot. If the size of the carrot is large then cut it into 4 to 8 parts and remove the white part from the middle.
- Onions Peel 2 to 3 medium sized onions and cut them vertically.
- Chilies Cut 3 to 4 green chilies vertically or finely.
- Potatoes Wash 2 to 3 potatoes, remove the skin and cut them vertically.

How to Make Elbow Macaroni Noodle
first of all In a medium sizes pot, bring water to a boil. and add half teaspoon of salt to the boiling water.

Add macaroni pasta at boiling water and cook 8 to 10 minuet or until soft and firm.

Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds let them crackle lightly.

After that add chopped green chillies and 6-7 curry leaves.

Add chopped vegetables potato, onion, carrot and cook until transparent. Keep the flame medium.

Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, tomato sauce, mix wel with the help of a spoon.

After all the vegetables are cooked, add the pasta and mix with the help of a spoon.

Mix the spice mixture and pasta well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Turn off the gas and garnish with freshly coriander leaves. Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite side dish.
